We offer a "DOA" guarantee. If your shipment is dead on arrival, please take photos of your items in the original and unopened packaging and send it to us within 24 hours of the package delivery time.No other warranties or guarantees are provided past "DOA" due to the complex nature of marine life.
Any loss due to shipment delays or extreme weather are not covered under our "DOA" policy. In the event of extreme weather we try our best to hold shipments until we can verify the delivery route will be clear of weather delays. In these cases please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package and we'll do our best to work with you to insure 100% customer satisfaction.
